Casual Skins Replace Best Shot until January 5th

Well I already had my break (although a busy one) so I will be there Sunday morning. Fernando is going to be there too and maybe Aaron, but either way I'll be there for sure(barring ofcourse problems with the little one).

Nice recap Jon, I couldn't have said it better myself(especially since I don't remember half of it.) I do remember that for the first 9 it didn't feel like I was there(and at times even on the back 9). I suppose thats what happens when you havent thrown in 3 weeks :-)



It was fun guys and I llo forward to seeing more of you out there next week.

Today's skins were attended by Pat, Jay, Nate and Jon. We played 18 holes (all concrete) at $.25 per skin each.



Round 1: We pushed the first 3 holes and Pat picked up 4 skins on hole 4 with a nice birdie putt. Nate picked up a skin on hole 5. Hole 6 Jon won the skin on an ace, career ace #5 for Jon! We pushed 7 and 8 with Jon hitting the basket on number 8! Nate picked up 3 more skins with a three on hole 9. So, after 9 holes it was Pat with 4 skins, Nate with 4 skins and Jon with 1 skin. Jay WAS playing with us, I swear!



Round 2: Jay's skinless streak finally ended when we all got bad drives and we all tried to run the deuce anyway. Jay was the only one to make the come backer for his first skin. Pat picked up a skin on hole 2. We pushed 3, 4 and 5 making 6 worth 4 skins. Jay nearly aced hole 6, Jon missed his 20 foot putt and Pat and Nate both missed long ones to give Jay 4 more skins for a total of 5. So, with 3 holes left to play it was Pat and Jay with 5 skins each, Nate with 4 skins and Jon with 1 skin. We pushed 7 and 8 with Jon narrowly missing a deuce on number 7. Number 9 was then worth the remaining 3 skins. All of us threw short off the tee and all were across on their second throws. Pat, Nate and Jay all missed their long putts leaving Jon with a 10 footer for the remaining 3 skins.



Final result:

Pat: 5 skins

Jay: 5 skins

Nate: 4 skins

Jon: 4 skins



Quite equitable with Pat and Jay both taking home $.50 each!!! : )
