This course is awesome.  Its in a monstrous park and is very well designed in my opinion.  Course has alot of length (~6100 ft) and it uses the rolling hills very well.  Its not really a tight course (Mokena style), but uses the trees very well on every hole, forcing you to make decisions.  It'd be cool to see a tournament here one day.

Side note:  pumped out 6 courses yesterday, Pekin, 2 in Canton, 2 in Macomb, 1 in Galesburg.  Git R Done!!!  i'm exhausted  :-\

Yes, very sweet course! Very long!

No tee signs. Tee #1 is very hard to find. Once you find it the rest of the course is fairly easy to navigate besides the 1/4 mile walk to tee #10.

i played this course for the first time with kenny (recreational superstar) and i thank the heavens that he knew where he was going because finding the markers that indicated where the holes were could be near impossible for someone that doesnt like to go through the bullship.  other than the lack of visible tee signs i thought the course was a 7.5 on a scale of ten - a nice variety of shots and distances, two or three stand out holes.  a challenging course overall.

Has anyone been there recently? Have they gotten around to putting tee signs in or should I just print off a map? I making a trip down that way tomorrow and plan on playing this course and Wildcat Springs. Should I hit Canton as well?

I believe there are tee signs  but i'd print a map. Send KennyG a pm. He goes to school there and will show u around.

If I were you I would not go out of my way to play Canton.

1 of the courses in Canton is not too bad, but not anything to brag about.  The course near the college in Canton is really bad.

When you get to the course you will see maps set up in front of the first tee pad.

Oh yeah! When I first pulled into that park I was drooling. I was disappointed when I left.

that video is very nicely done.  It's one of the first disc golf videos I remember watching where you don't hear a basket ching noise a single time throughout the entire thing!

I did have to laugh when he said that the forehand throw is more powerful and longer than the traditional sidearm, which is like how most people throw regular frisbees.
