Found Mini at Streamwood

Found an orange mini at Streamwood.  The phone number was very hard to read and since the woman who answered had never heard of disc golf, I can only assume I read it incorrectly. 

Luckily there is also a PDGA # on it... #27714 - Kyle Burnside
