Is this worth making the hour drive for? Short & relatively easy doesn't really entice me to spend $ on gas....

Stop there for a warmup on your way to Anna Page. 

It's not a destination course, but it's not Bartlett either.  I would rate it about the same as Streamwood.

Dan & I played this course today. It's definitely a beginner course but does have a few good holes. There is quite a bit of water out there. It has dried up since the flood.

I had a good time playing the course.  Its a bit repetetive in hole distance (around 250 feet), but requires some good shots through tight gaps and there is water in play out there which adds to the challenge.

Course is pretty dry after all the water has gone down, on friday i am going out to spray paint 10m circles and tees
