Found @ Oak Brook - Mark Clark

Found a disc at Oak Brook - name on it says Mark Clark with PDGA #, no phone number.  Presumably he is still the owner, but the info was fairly faded.  If anyone knows him, please tell him to send me a message with what he lost and I'll try to get it back to him.

disc actually says mark clark, not mike clark, so i'm guessing not the same guy.  it's pdga #24 something something something, *looks it up* #24206... I have to check the disc to make 100% sure it says that PDGA #, but I do know that it says Mark (because my first reaction was, "oh, I recognize the name Mike Clark!").
