Quote misbehaving...

When you're using the 'quote' button while reading a post, does it take you to the post reply box or the quick reply area below the thread w/the quoted stuff inserted?

The former, with the quoted stuff inserted.  I've never seen the quick reply area below the thread. 

Ahhh, the quick reply box is a profile preference that I had set to "don't show".  I set it to on and got ... THE GREEN BAR.

I think I'll just reset that option back to "don't show" and sleep well.

aha. I never quite understood what good the 'quick reply' was anyhow...
