If I pre-register and am unable to make IOS#1, my entry $ can be bumped to IOS#2?  What is the latest that I could 'bail' and still have my money bump to a future IOS?

What are the conditions of the course for this weekends IOS #1?  I'm making my first trip to WI this weekend (and first time to a IOS event.)  I'm looking forward to pretty much everything except the 4.5hour drive (plus the Chicago slowdown.)

This will be the second stop on my Mid-West Rec Tour 08. I've included your IOS Series to add IL & WI to a list of 5 other states.  A couple dozen PDGA sactioned events this year in an attempt to bring this rec player (852 based on 9 rated rounds) to Kansas City Worlds next year.

The weather report is for cloudy skies with a chance of a passing shower on Saturday.  The course should be drying up with the warm, windy weather this week.  I would expect it to be playably moist.

I got the Blackberry going as a modem for my laptop. I'm posting from it right now. I should be able to do posting from the course or on the road for the rest of the season. I tried to get this going at the course this past weekend but Verizon wanted me to download VZAccessManager again and reload which I couldn't do since I didn't have a connection!
