I received the rest of the IOS CFR Destroyers yesterday.  They are mostly 169 with a few 168s and 2 167s.  Nothing lighter.  I'm going to start bagging them on the way to Bowling Green.  I'll drive with my toes.   ;)  If you asked for lighter than that and you're willing to settle for what we got, let me know today, Thursday, by posting here.  Looks like we got roughly equal numbers of red, orange, yellow and blue, but how could I know?

that's as low as I would expect for destroyers in that type of plastic.  I'm cool with my order containing those weights.

still want a light one... let me know when... where.  I will b there.
Let us hope that the whores of evil no longer loiter on the doorsteps of your path beckoning you into the brothel of despair, and that here and after may present them with the most rigid manistfestation of a firm and manly will.

I posted on here the other day regarding some CFR Destroyers that I was looking to sell.  They are for this year's GMO event and I said that I would sell them for the same price as the IOS ones (I'm not out to undercut anyone).  I also said I didn't want to hijack the thread and make it about the GMO because I have a different thread for that.

Here's my problem - I posted this last week and it appears that my post is now gone?  Did someone delete it?  I'm fine if someone wanted to delete (or possibly move) it but shouldn't I have been notified?  I do post on a handful of message boards and Brett and I spoke about this that night so please let me know if I am losing my mind or if it really did disappear.

Thanks!

PS - The ones I have look similar to this one

I remember that post, but when I looked into the "last posts by this person" after I cliked on your name it wasn't on there. Very strange   ???

Good, I'm glad someone besides me remembered that post!!!  I remember writing and reading it so I assumed I posted it correctly.   Again, I'm guessing someone DELETED it?  Again, I wouldn't mind a delete or maybe more sensibly a 'move' but to delete it and NOT tell me?  That doesn't seem like good "webiquette".

Terry,

I didn't delete the post. But you should be banned from this board for using the word webiquette.....

Now that I look I think the post I made about having Star X Calibers is gone too.  There again I was stating that I'd have some available by Tuesday or Wednesday at latest.  Just saying how I could be a back up to anyone that didn't get them elsewhere.  Hmm. I guess I'm finding out how this message board really works.

PS - Tom, I got your mailed in registration and you're all set for the WI Tour Warm Up.  Thanks!

I wouldn't say this is how the board works. This is truly the 1st time I've heard of a non-heated post being deleted. Mirth should be able to shed light on what actually happened.

mirth

I saw the post, felt personally it should have been in its own thread even though your intention wasn't to hijack this thread. I didn't remove it tho.
Don't forget your towel!

spike

Terry,

I've also never seen an innocuous post like that deleted on this board before.  I have to think that it was some sort of error or glitch or something, nothing malicious.

Anyway, please hold a couple of max weight x-caliburs for me, if you can.  I'm sure I'll see you soon, buddy.
have the good fun.

Mukey

BTW, wasn't trying to say Mirth himself deleted it, just thought he might have some way of finding the culprit or glitch

Apparently I have moderator powers here.  I have not removed any posts.  Other than removing my own posts and junk solicitations that have nothing to do with disc golf, I think the only moderating I've ever done was to correct a typo that was unintentionally saying something sexual about someone's wife!

I've always appreciated the openness of the moderators on this board for allowing players to post about what they have to sell.  I think that's good for the game when prize monkeys can redistribute their stuff and raise money for entry fees for the next one.

Terry has as much right to post here as myself, or Pitner, or any other TD.

Brett should have the lighter Destroyers soon.  The ones that I knew were spoken for we bagged along with the certificate.

Brett, I forgot to retain the eight certificates for the eight Destroyers I bought.
