I was looking at the PDGA's Disc Golfer magazine and noticed that Todd Fanning has a rookie of the year nomination.

Todd solidified himself not only as one of the nations top rookies, but as an elite player in Illinois.  I'm excited to see what Todd will do in his disc golf career.  Its safe to say that Todd is one of the more enjoyable people to play a round with.... I don't think I have ever heard Todd cuss, kick, throw or do anything in anger on the disc golf course.  Congrats, Todd!

Congrats to Todd and to Al Hermosillo. Two great guys who are fine disc golfers. It is a well deserved honor for both Todd and Al to be considered for this award.
