On Saturday, August 1 I will lead the annual Evanston Bicycle Club disc golf ride.  We ride about 17 miles round trip from Evanston to the little 9 hole course in Glencoe.  If the group is interested we will ride from Glencoe up to Fink Park in Highlang Park.  The ride will be slower paced (about 10-13 mph).  For those of you not going to Worlds and not playing Saturday in Aurora (I plan to play Sunday at Scott's tournament) come and get some exercise.  See it as a biathalon. Get your heart rate up a bit and then concentrate on accuracy on a short and easy course.
