Totally flat 18 hole course without one blade of grass.  That's the negs.  This course had hundreds of mesquite trees which you have to throw over, under, around and through.  It takes every shot you have in your bag of tricks.  Two good long holes, 5 and 6 hundred feet.  A fun course, and an interesting group of locals playing on a Monday morning.  BTW, the water hazard,  the Santa Cruz River, doesn't have any water in it, but real steep banks, don't go in there.
