Trying to reach Matt Kamarauskas

If someone knows Matt Kamarauskas or knows how to reach him, please help me do so.  His credit card for pre-reg'ing for the Aurora Ice Bowl was rejected shortly after the ice bowl had already completed, so I need him to resubmit payment.  He won't be able to play in any future tournaments that I'm involved with until this is resolved.  It would be nice to make it all better
