LIS: Illinois Amatuer Championships Presented by Huk Lab

Come out and play the Illinois Amateur Championships at Northwood Park in Morton, IL on June 9th. We will be playing the new design at the #2 ranked course in the state of Illinois. This will be a PDGA Sanctioned B-Tier. We will also be adding two holes to the layout and so there will be a maximum of 100 players. This event will fill quickly. Online registration will be available shortly.

Format: 2 Rounds of 20 holes
Series Structure: Double Points will be available for the LIS

Added Money: $3000+
Players Pack: Your choice of an Innova CFR disc and a Cryztal Disc (Stalker, Buzz, Avenger, and Nuke)

That's right, we will have Cryztal Nukes available! You will get two discs in your players pack and no money will come out of the players pack for the discs or the trophies or anything!. The discs are being paid by sponsors Plastic Addicts and Ledgestone Insurance. As stated above, there will be over $3000 added to this tournament and will crown the 2012 Amateur Champion of Illinois.

Registration is up for Illinois AM Championshp - this event will fill! Also, the first 70 only will get both a Cryztal Disc and an Innova CFR. If you register after number 70 you will only get your choice of Cryztal discs. So get signed up quickly!!

P.S. This event will utilize the new design and will add at least two holes. One of the holes will be old hole number 16 and other hole will be the island hole after hole 3 from last years Ledgestone Insurance Open.

no charity. money raised goes towards the Super Tour in September I think?? that September tourny has 10k added cash. That's how we got Nikko, Feldburg, and Will coming with the Non Stop Disc Golf Tour!

All raffle proceeds go towards the Series Payout and A-Tier in September and the Summer Frenzy B Tier. We will have quite a few items to raffle!

I really appreciate what the LIS is doing for pdga tournaments in Illinois. I know what goes into running an event and appreciate that time and effort. Morton is a great course. Before my career ending injury it was my favorite course in the Peoria area. It is worth the trip if you're out of the area and don't know the course.

We had a lot of registrations come in this weekend.....we have over 40 people registered now and more and more are coming in. Make sure to get pre-registered for this event as it will fill! Make sure to sign up by Wednesday for this event for both discs. You also need to be in the first 65....this is going to be a huge event! We will also be raffling off a Gateway Titan Bullseye Basket!

The players pack discs are sweet, we just got a new order from Huk Lab in, we just added another 200 discs to inventory (ABC Discs, OS and SS Nukes, Cryztal Buzz's and Nukes, more Innova plastic, etc), the raffle is HUGE, the course is in great shape, and the weather looks awesome.
