i'd like to get the ball rolling before that, at least for determining the 2004 schedule parameters.......

I think the 2004 schedule concept was laid out at my house ~2 months ago. Perhaps not concrete dates, but the events were conceptualized.
I know that Brett is working/completed the 2004 best shot schedule.

yeah i cannot find my notes
for tourneys, was it something like

ice bowl - feb
twin lakes grand opening - april
hpc memorial = gateway Am event - may/june
no widdershins
IL Open - august, but later in the month
blast - september
safari = Illinois tour = maybe

i think that's close, but i've been wrong before

I believe the widdershins is still happening, but as the gateway am event.

I thought that the HPC was going to be a C-tier?

Right now the IL Open is tentatively scheduled with the PDGA for July. August is locked up or locked out except for the date that we had this year which is not usable next year due to Pro/Am combined Worlds in Iowa.
