Announcing the 7th Annual
TIME CONSTRUCTION
DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING  ACE RACE

Date: Friday, November 28th
Time: Sign in 9:30-10:30 A.M.
Tee off 11:00 A.M.
Place: Dretzka Park, Milwaukee, WI
Cost: $12 ($10 to GLDGC members)
Prizes: $500 cash (estimated 1st place), CTP's, Drawings,                  
Reward for all Aces
Format: OK, it's not really a race, but an Ace could net you a cool $500
cash or more.  Here's the deal.  Each player is allowed (2) drives per hole.
 No need to putt out.  Only an Ace qualifies for the big cash.  There will
be a 2 round mandatory minimum.  (Additional rounds will be played if
somehow no one gets an Ace in the first 2 rounds. Ya right.)  All ties are
considered equal and will be broken by a tie-breaker playoff race for an
Ace.  Winner takes all.  Last year Larry Kempen won $500.00 cash.  It really
is an ACE RACE!  This tournament is open to everyone.  Don't miss it!  And
remember, NO CHAIN NO GAIN.  Come out & hurt them chains!

If you have never played at Dretzka before, it is a relatively long course.
But we will place all baskets in their shortest positions and even use
temporary tees to make some holes even shorter.  Nearly every hole is
aceable by even a modestly skilled golfer.
To get there: Take Hwy 45 North to Exit #48.  The park is located at the
corner of Bradley Road and 124th Street.

Joe, I am meeting a couple guys at Parkside Sunday at 8am, if you want to meet up.  I'll be the one with the Guiness in his hand.  Breakfast of the Irish..  If not then, I will be around till next Friday...
