It's all fixed. You may want to look at your local copy of the site under club-info.... If you have two membership pages, Membership.html and membership.html - delete the one w/the lower case M.

Or do a site synch. Download all newer files, delete local files not on remote server, wham bam thank you mam. Problem solved.
