Didn't want to make a new topic so I decided to post here...

This may not interest the majority of the discontinuum members, however I feel I may be able to get some good ideas from some of you.

I've been thinking of "Safari" holes for Adler, sometime towards the end of league (if it's successful)

ex. TeePad of Hole 2 to Pin of Hole 3

Anyways, I was wondering if anyone would like to toss up their ideas to help out. Few friends and I play from TeePad of 9 to Hole 1 but this would cause some problems when cars are actualy parked there. Hit me up with some thoughts plz

I'll try to get out to your leagues a few times Diron. Saturdays aren't the best days for me but I have a few off here & there.

As for Safari Holes->

I like your idea about #2 teepad to #3 basket.

I think throwing from the flag pole to #9 would be cool. Maybe moving farther back even. I've played the alternate for #9 but i'm thinkg moving it back so it's a blind shot & adding 100ft.

#7 teepad to #8 basket.

Somewhere back by Adler school or down by the trail back to basket #1.

Using basket #2. Go to the east of basket #2 & use the already cleared alley to #2 basket.

#5 tee pad to #6 basket. Make a tree a mando so you can't cut across the street to basket #6.

Using #8 basket. You could go down towards the river & a little south. You could make this a long uphill shot.

Just a few ideas.

What's the weekly payout going to be?

Some good ideas Brett. I've been considering thinking up some new alternate holes for the back 9, I like most of them but a few will need to be changed.. Looks like I still have some planning to do before I'm completely ready for the start of Adler Leagues.

Jon, I don't really understand your question. If your asking what percent is going to be paid out, it's 100%

Myk

I think what Jon is asking is how will the 100% payout going to be broken down.  Is one pair going to win the whole pot, or will it be spread over the top couple of positions?  If it's split over the top places, how will it be split?

Sorry, I don't have the numbers in front of me (pc is still broke) but It is the same payout setup as Bevier Leagues.

Brett has been helping me get things setup and has shown me how everything operates

Makes it worth checking out! Thanks Diron

I ended up posting my last flyer at McDonalds just down the block from Adler.

I'm probably going to come out this Saturday to play unless the weather is going to be exceptionally crappy.

Sorry, a bit off topic and didn't explain well. I'm going to play Adler this Saturday unless its exceptionally crappy. I wanted to get in a couple of rounds before the Adler Saturday league starts. I want to play the Adler Saturday league a few times, but I only played the course twice last summer.

I'll try to be there, even if it is as cold as it is supposed to be.......
Geez, I've only played Adler about 5 times in the past 2 years. I used to play 2 rounds a day from about 1993-1997.
Are the tees any better than before?  Do any teesigns still exist?

Mirth, Jay, can you possibly get this up on the index2 page of our website?

D

No worries if you can't make it Jim, it's going to be a bit cold no doubt..

Anyways, I shoveled and salted salted *most* of the teepads with Nate the other day, but it snowed yesterday so they might not be that great.

The tee signs to 2 and 3 are M.I.A, but it's been like that since before I can remember.

I'm going to try to go out there early to re-shovel/re-salt the front nine, and attempt to make the back 9 a little more obvious than just the flags.

We'll see how it goes.  :D
