I see. Well, unfortunately I don't know of a way to do a bulk get of ratings from the PDGA.

Aren't they available in spreadsheet form to TD's?

Yes. The PDGA sends out an e-pack the week of the tournament and one of the files has ratings.
72 PDGA TD reports completed and submitted.

Oh yeah.....
I beat Barry, Todd, Ron, and Kenny for BagTags last week.
My rating is now 1,723.  Can you please update it?
