Aerobie's EPIC and ARROW

Threw them both. I do not like the Arrow. The rim is not condusive to regular grips.

The Epic just scares me, it turns so wickedly!

But I bought one anyway.

Yeah, it corkscrews four times instead of two. THAT could come in handy for upshots where you have huge bushes in front of you and the basket is hard left or right.

Steve seems to like the Arrow, too. But it just stays stable for me.

Of course, I AM an oddball lefty....

awsome discs, can't wait to get some.  the epic has to be thrown at about 60 degree angle of hyser but it goes forever.  need to try a tomahawk or grenande with it.  the arrow is very predictable, never tried to hyser or ani it, but with a hard flat throw it goes straight and dies at 225-250.  tried to throw it further but will not go.  perfect disc for getting over a tree that is about 180-200 and landing on the other side of it.

I have only thrown it once and that was out at Fairfield. Jon let me throw it once, I threw it about 20 feet short of hole #1. In my hands it didn't feel to wierd, but then again I like the way speed demons feel too.



I might pick one up to play with, but I'll pass on the arrow. Gateway has all my midrange needs covered.

I have one of each and I actually like the arrow for it's accuracy.  You throw it with hyzer it keeps the hyzer, you throw it with anny, it keeps the anny.  It's amazingly dependible but short.  The epic is just weird.  Try doing a tomahawk it is really weird.

I just picked up the set!!  Going to see if I can dye them!!  Then go throw them, and see what I think.
