1. Widdershins Recap
Mirth discussed financials & details of the event. Thanks for a great event Mirth! Feel free to post any more details here.

2. Finances/Club Stock
Finances were discussed. Club financials are in good standing.

Mirth is going to order more Gateway Discs. Brett has a contact that is going to be purchasing several SuperSoft Wizards.

3. Purchase of score port & basket parts
A score port was purchased from Gateway for $65.00. The payment was sent with the Widdershins bill. Gatway also let us keep a banner.

A Mach2 Chain Holder($145.00) & Portable Base($56.00) will be purchased this winter. These parts will complete a partial basket.

4. Bag Tags to be ordered early December
The tags will be ordered in early December. Jon's design will be used. Distribution of tags have yet to be decided. There will be no prizes awarded in 2005 for top tags. The challenge will be for fun only. This was not discussed today but there could possibly be tag holders only CTP's at events in 2005.

5. 2005 Schedule
The board is still working on the schedule. It looks like the UW Parkside Event is going to be on 4/23 & 4/24. The rest of the schedule will be released when it's finalized.

5. Business cards
Will be made when club elections are finished.

6. Club election discussion.
Nominations have been taken. So far here is the ballot. Anyone interested in nominating or running, check the thread.

7. Modifications of Leagues. Payouts & Ace Cap.
Modifications of the chart were passed around. New payouts will be posted before Winter League.
We forgot to discuss Ace Cap. We are looking at an Ace Cap of $150.00, $175.00, or $200.00. I'll get a poll posted in the club members only section.

8. Other topics?
Stolen basket at Wildwood. Wildwood PD has a reward.

DISContinuum is accepting PDGA memberships & renewals thru the club. You get a $5.00 discount when you go thru the club.
