David, a lefty, throws a yellow dx firebird.
Damon, a righty, throws a yellow dx firebird.

Neither throw is very good but neither horrendous.

The discs lie within 15 feet of each other and the players each pick up a disc.  David notices that he has Damon's disc in his bag later that evening.

How does it happen?

Dan Michler

i would say it prolly happened because they look alike.  but i'm not very smart, so maybe somebody else can solve this 'riddle'.

remember the shots were not that great.   Also, both threw very overstable discs.  I wish, surely no ace.  David threw a forehand and Damon a backhand.  It took a while to figure out how the @#$% I would have his firebird when I recalled throwing a mediocre forehand on a short righty hole.  Ok, lame riddle.

now I remember that hole; I found "mine" (actually yours) buried in some leaves and was a little confused because I really didn't think "mine" (actually mine) had landed there; and it hadn't as it was "yours" (actually yours).

If I'd realized you'd thrown a Firebird too I might've looked on the back of the disc.
thanks,
Damon

Could I possibly play any worse if I didn't practice putting??

Chainmeister

Now that you mention it, "mine" was a bit farther in the woods. However, you  (me)had a clearer shot at the basket   Yours, was closer to the fairway but required (me) going around.  It never occurred to me that we would both throw a Firebird until that evening.  At first I thought I was losing a disc, now I might be losing my mind. :D
