Please advise where I can go to purchase a basket goal.  I live in North Eastern IL. I would like something nice, but not too expensive ($150 or so). Oh, and I need to buy on or before wednesday 7/20, my husband's birthday!!

Unfortunately there aren't any stores in the area that sell baskets for disc golf. However, Brett just won a basket this past weekend at a tournament and is looking to sell it for $100. He also lives in NE Illinois so I'm sure you can work something out with him to buy it.

The Sports Authority in Gurnee Mills has been known to carry DGA portable baskets. Otherwise if he's willing to wait a couple days I'd recommend getting him a Ching Skill Shot. Its almost the same area as a regulation basket but its ultra portable.

Where would you get the Ching Skill Shot?

The Skill Shot can be ordered online through various vendors such as GottaGoGottaThrow.com or www.wrightlife.com or www.sunkingdiscs.com

DISContinuum could also get it for you, but almost certainly not in time for your husband's birthday.

I could be wrong, maybe they did sell theirs. I just remember reading the post.
