I like that idea Jim but i'm not going to be able to commit that much time once school & coaching starts. I'll try to make it as much as possible but can't promise anything. That is why i'm so stoked about Sunday. I'll be able to make them all! The dogs are coming AL!

Here is the official info for the 2002 Fall League.

Week 1-] Sept 8th, holes 1-9 & 1-9. CTP #3. (*2 shots for CTP*)Preparation for Bevier Blast to follow.

Week 2-] Sept 15th, holes 1-9 & 10-18. CTP #18.

Week 3-]Sept 22nd, holes 1-9 & 19-27. CTP #19.

Week 4-] Sept 29th, holes 10-18 & 19-27. CTP #22.

Week 5-] Oct 6th, holes 1-9 & 10-18 & 19-27. CTP#15.

Week 6-] Oct 13th, holes 1-9 & 1-9. CTP #2. (*2 shots for CTP*)

Week 7-] Oct 20th, holes 1-9 & 10-18. CTP #13.

Week 8-] Oct 27th, 1-9 & 19-27. CTP #23.

Week 9-] Nov 3rd, holes 10-18 & 19-27. CTP #24.

Week 10-] Nov 10th, holes 1-9 & 10-18 & 19-27. CTP #4. Award Ceremonies to follow.

Ties for all positions will be resolved with CTP to #19.

Just a reminder. We will be working at Bevier after Best Shot this weekend. Anyone willing to give a hand? I'm bringing my weed whacker. Here are a few things that need to get done. 1. Mark where the alternates are going to be placed (tees & baskets) 2. Trim rough on #7, #8, & area behind #8 under power lines. 3. Pick up garbage. 4. Take care of bees on #9 & pick up debris & trash for stream.

i don't plan on spending more than an hour or so. i have fantasy football to keep track of & a bunch of games to watch. we should be able to get a lot done in an hour. we can then finish the 13th.

Yes, 10:30AM. I will also be out there early since i'm taking over for Jimbo. I got everything ready & Jim is bringing score cards. Mirth, you gonna be able to stay for a little while so we can clear out #7 Sunday?

I thought today ran pretty smooth. I liked the 2 shots at the CTP. I'm sure Jay loved it! I'm still hoping we get about 10. We haven't averaged over 10 per week for any league. The course looks sweet right now. Mirth, Jay, Jim, & I stayed and worked after leagues. We cleared out #7 & #8. The paths are wider & cleaner. Jim also marked out all the alternate holes today. They are going to be much longer & very interesting.

I don't think there has been a tie for any of the overall point winners. We may want to discuss how we should break any ties that may occur after the 10 week league. Leagues are becoming more competitive & there may be a possibility of a tie. I thought maybe a sudden death format. Start on #1 & players play until someone wins a hole. What do you guys think?

I like the CTP for weekly tie breakers due to time constrictions but I also agree for overall point positions a sudden death playoff should be carried out. Players play until someone wins a hole.

Well, it's weird. I'm a very hot/cold player. I've been doing everything I can to play consistant but some days I just don't have it. I know I have been improving but there are many things I know I still need to work on. I've had some great partners the last 2 weeks as well!! Hopefully I can make the same jump I made from last year to this summer. I guess i'll find out next summer.

Lots of golf this coming Sunday. Holes 1-27. Shawn 2'd #27 yestarday. WOW. I will be posting the updated scores & hole information. Jeff put together a spreadsheet that calculates hole averages for leaguse. Can anyone guess the easiest & hardest holes so far for best shot?
