How soon until we see 12x KC Innova Stamps?

Since I haven't been in the disc golf scene for quite a year yet, I had now clue who "Ken Climo" was back in 2002 when he won his 11th World Championship.  I've seen a lot of the 10x champion Ken Climo stamped discs selling for quite a premium over 11x.  I know that the type of plastic was slightly different between 10x and 11x, but now that Climo has been the 11x champion for 4 years and is now a 12x champion, how soon will we start to see new hot stamps come out on the discs?  Do you think the transition from 11x to 12x is going to be as different as the changes might have been before for a 10x stamped disc versus 11x stamped?

Just curious what everyone thinks!

Dave D from Innova already said on the PDGA boards that they are putting a 12x stamp on discs from now on, but arent changing the plastic or molds.  11X and 12X will be identical.

The 10x plastic was unique. imo the 11x stuff wasn't anything extraordinary. Innova puts out so much 'new' stuff in so many combinations that it's hard to keep track, but a lot of the 10x stuff was special.

10x plastic is really over rated and over priced. There is nothing magical about it.
Just go pick some Champion or Z plastic off the rack and toss it. It all flies the same.

The current KC plastic is just DX plastic for a Pro Line price.  For the same price you can get a better quality plastic and the same flight with a Challenger, Buzzz or Wasp.  If you like the DX feel, you should pay a DX price, unless you prefer to support Kenny.  Which is fine too. 

If the light is going to go on for all of you at the same time, let me know and I'll order more discraft.

NOT the same plastic at all.  KC Pro beats in much slower.  I have a KC Roc that has been abused way more than a DX disc could ever handle.  DX plastic comes off in chunks pretty easily.

Sad to say I lost my champion roc, which I paid too much money for, last week.  I will start throwing a Z Wasp at the invitational.  I remember liking it but keeping the Roc in the bag because of what I paid for it.  Its sort of like insisting that the first round draft pick play more downs because his contract is so huge.

I hear ya on the Champ Roc. I haven't lost mine but I don't throw it the same as last year, so I've benched the draft pick. Started using a DX for mid-range turnovers & got an ESP Wasp at Streamwood which I REALLY like. Permanent spot in my bag for that one.

I took a few throws with the ESP Wasp in the back yard last night, throwing the long diagonal into the neighbor's yard up the hill, and then back down toward Miss Marcia's yard.  The ESP Wasp is awesome.  I was throwing it hard on a line and it was not flipping at all.  On short anhyzers it was flexing out just in time to land flat, too.  I think I'll keep the Wasp in my bag.

Good.  The reason why the Roc is lost is because I flipped the thing.  I had been noticing lately that if I did not hold with some hyzer it would turn over.  I'm getting buzzed over the prospect of throwing the wasp.

The champ rocs were pretty different, year to year.  I get the feeling the ESP Wasps fly a lot like my SB Roc.
