SPRING LEAGUE 2003

Attached is a copy of the 2003 Spring League Rules, Points, & Schedule. Basically it's the same best shot we've been running except no handicaps. Payouts are the same. The schedule of holes to be played is similar to 2002 Fall League except we will not play 27 holes on the 5th & 10th week. Instead it will be a random of cement & alternates. The order is on the attachment. Please double check the attachment.

Spring Best Shot League

10 Weeks: March 16th – May 25th; Sundays @ 10:30am – Bevier Park

Format: Best Shot (5 wks), Alternate Shot (3 wks), and Worst Shot (2 wks), Random-Draw Handicapped Doubles

No leagues on Sunday, April 20th, Easter

Looking at that, though, it looks weird. Did the format for Spring change (like, no alt or worst shot?)

I know for a fact that the website has not been updated to reflect the decision on no handicaps.... been kinda busy lately.

Spring-Summer Singles League

15 Weeks: May 14th – August 20th; Wednesdays @ 6:00pm – Bevier Park

Format: Straight Individual Round of 18 holes

It is dry where it is not wet.

Where it is soggy, sloppiness previals.

Where it is ..... oh heck, does it matter? We've played in horrible weather this winter, so anything above freezing is wonderful for me.

But my bets are for a mudfest!

I sure am glad you're feeling better!  Will you need surgery? Tell the doc to put some muscle in your arm while he's in there.

I'll be at Leagues and will be happy to help run it. I just have to meet up with Jay to get all da stuff.

Jon said he'd organize a pickup game at Bevier at the regular time for all those who aren't busy with the Bunny.

BTW, that would be the Easter Bunny, NOT the bunny of Monty Python's "Holy Grail", of whom we recall:
