Diablo DT is a Quest disc.  It looks and feels almost exactly like the Raging Inferno DT.  I havent thrown mine yet.

I think we can find something better to worry about than GDS or Quest...the Diablos at BG were stamped "Gateway Disc Sports" and they are listed under Gateway on the PDGA approval list, but my understanding is that they are made here by Quest.  So we can probably start a new Gateway VS Quest thread and argue this until the cows come home, or we can blow it off.  I vote we forget about it and throw Discraft!

Perhaps Quest is making it, but I'm buying them from David at Gateway and not from Quest so... you tell me lol.  That's why I put it with Gateway.  Quest is making some discs for Ching too aren't they?

You are correct, Quest is making them, but it is a Gateway disc.  It is basically a Raging Inferno DT with a thicker flight plate, and a thinner wing.  It flies about the same as a Raging Inferno DT with a tail wind, but is more understable into a headwind, and doesn't get the same distance

Man, I had to dig for this thread!

There is a new Gateway driver apparently.  It is not on the PDGA approved list, but when was the last time Gateway had a disc approved before they started popping up?  Anyway, I'm drifting....

It's called the Blast DT.  Here is a link to an ebay listing for one:

I found a quote from Dave McCormack on the PDGA board:
QuoteThe Blast DT is a slightly faster Rage and they fade a bit later in the flight and are also a little more LSS ( they fade a little more)
That's all I know.  Literally.

Hopefully Gateway will find success with some of these new drivers to complement their very successful Wizard and Warlock putters.  The Diablo DT has been selling very well for me, so there's some promise for the Blast DT
