I think we should get up to this event next year as "Team DISContinuum".  We'll need one person from every division. Unsure of Women's & Jr. divisions.

We might also want to consider

-how we'll choose to see who gets to go (ratings/desire?), and

-should this be expensed by the club?

We could really have some fun......

I think we'd have better luck getting club members onto the Illinois team versus sending up our own club team. I'd love to go play it under the club banner but they only invite one new team/year, the DFL team gets booted & replaced by one off the waiting list.

Maybe after Northwoods is over would be a good time to contact mike & michele, or you could let Joe, Myk, Jay, Joe T, and myself talk to them. I think we plan on having them over for dinner one night.

Yeah, I chatted with Michele a bit about it when I called to order her book last fall. She said you really need to have well rounded players representing as many divisions as possible - am, adv, women's, open, masters, etc.

Definately cool to look at the future, tho.

No am's in it this year.  pro only
Let us hope that the whores of evil no longer loiter on the doorsteps of your path beckoning you into the brothel of despair, and that here and after may present them with the most rigid manistfestation of a firm and manly will.

Myk

I really don't think it would be that hard to get us in there, if we wanted to do it.  The question is, how would we decide who would go?  I know I'd be interested in going.

um, looks like pretty much a pro-only tournament to me.

It's admirable to aim high, but...

Could I possibly play any worse if I didn't practice putting??
