Another Ace Witnessed (sigh....)

Went to best shot in Lombard tonight. My partner was Pat Blake, who played the Safari out there this month, and who comes up to Parkside a fair amount.



He aced #8 for $220. Dead straight shot.

Well, I witnessed our very own Pat Wood almost get #3 at Bevier today.... Sucker looked like it was going to be long and just faded straight into the lip of the top of the basket.



Granted, this one wasn't an actual ace but it was damn well close.

5:45 or 6:00. this week was 5:45, not sure when it changes to 6, and I think later in the summer it *might* be 6:30. It's posted on the tree by #1 at Madison Meadows.

I almost skipped one into #6 at Parkside this morning. Hit the bottom of the basket on the bounce. Hope none of that karma was wasted...
