Would anyone be interested in attending one on one or small group disc golf instruction in 2008? I am considering having private lessons for players looking to improve their game. There would be a fee but not sure how much at this point.

I believe you meant one on one. I would be interested, but I am also not sure what I would be willing to pay. I am admittedly a deal hound. (My mind thinks that everything should still be the same prices as they were 15 years ago). While I would benefit more from one on one, I would probably be more likely to pay small group instruction rates. I know Gary Lewis has done Disc Golf Clinics through the Park Districts. (my wife did one with him down here in Naperville). Have you looked into those types of opportunities?

I have not really looked into doing things thru the park district. I would rather be able to stick to my own time frame and meet people anytime. I am too a deal hound and would not be charging an arm & leg for instruction.

can't speak for all AM IV's, but that would definitely be something of interest... just even if it's watching the form and see where I'm off.  I know that how my back feels can greatly aide or hinder, but I threw a 797 round on sunday followed by a 893 round? (new personal best btw)... there's definitely room for improvement to stay consistent!

One thing that I've wanted to invest in is one of the camcorders out there that can do something like 60 frames per second recording.  Set that on a tripod and then video my form for drives.  Watching me suck in slow motion wouldn't be easy at first, but with a long term goal of great improvement, I'd be willing to bear it :).

I would be interested if you lived around here.  But probably the professional help my game needs I would have to get from an entirely different kind of professional.

I would be interested as I know that I would probably get more out of having someone help me rather than myself as it is easier for someone to see what I am doing wrong than me feel what is right/ wrong.
