Great game! What a couple of great TD passes. 6-1 with a legitimate chance to do much better.  A win in Kansas City next week would be huge. The Packers got their running game going tonight, let's see them do it against a team that can defend the run.

It was nice to see ESPN show that 99 TD pass against the Bears a couple of times tonight, I never get tired of seeing that one.

Favre might be the Climo of football. Just when you think he might be done he comes back and wastes everybody.
thanks,

Could I possibly play any worse if I didn't practice putting??

Fox Metro Discer

Me either, brother. I knew the Pack was gonna go deep in overtime, but I did't think it would be the first play. Also, if they plan on doing anything in the post-season the stupid penalties have to go. I believe this is the second time thus year that the Pack has had back-to-back penalties at the goalline. Granted, they still got points, but not the # they want. Without a running game ( ESPN said they have the worst running offense in th NFL) these points are going to be needed.

As a Bears fan i'm actually hoping the Packers win a Super Bowl because I will gurantee Favre will retire after that. I can't wait until Aaron Roger is the starting QB or maybe even the 3rd QB of ???. Oh that's right. There is no 3rd QB on the roster. I hope you bitches enjoy these days cause they will be over soon.

On a bright note for the NFC North which gets put down alot, they were 3-0 vs. the best 3 teams in the AFC West this weekend.
Pack 33-22 over KC
Det  44-7 over Denver
Minn 35-17 over SD

After the Pats and Colts, this league is wide open.

P.S.  Mirth......Lets not forget who put that '1' in your 7-1 record   :o

I still can't believe how the coaches changed the game plan in that game.  Tillman played a great game forcing turnovers.  Oh well, the Packers will have another shot at the Bears in December.  The NFC North is much improved.  Packers and Lions on Thanksgiving Day should be a very good game. The Packers have a tough time on Thanksgiving even when the Lions aren't playing well.

Check out SI.com, they have all thirty-two NFL teams listed as far as best experience at their stadiums.  Any guess which team/stadium provides the best overall fan experience?  Great article.

How many people out there are actually going to NFL games?  With only 8 home games a year, the opportunities are very limited and tickets hard to come by for people of limited wealth like myself.  The NFL is getting more and more popular because what people really care about most is sitting at home and watching what their fantasy players are doing on Sunday.  Speaking of which, I can't believe Maroney hasn't scored a frickin TD the entire season for me.  Everybody on that team has scored atleast 5 TDs at this point.  Leave it to me to pick the 1 starter on New England who gets no endzone looks.  Belichick is killing me!

8-1. 34-0 against the Vikings. The ball did bounce in the Packers direction today.  Their last td should have been an interception.  But they had their running game going and they shut down Peterson which was huge.

The Packer's defense has really led to their resurgence.

man by the time I got in my car from mapping out Bevier the game was already over.  Wish I didn't miss this one!  Maybe it's good incentive to buy either a Tivo or something similar :)  Recording on a VCR requires too much work lol.

2 weeks in a row Favre was over 350 yards passing. Last 5 games over 300 yards.

20 completions in a row is a career record set today by Favre. Packer's defense looks like they went to sleep a little in the 4th but finished out the game strong.  :wav:

Now, if only I had the NFL network to see next Thursday's game....  :cussing:

The Thursday night game against the Cowboys should be a good game.  Most likely it will determine home field advantage through the playoffs.  There were some tough games in the nineties when the Packers lost to the Cowboys in what seemed about 6 years in a row.

I hope that Woodson isn't too seriously injured, the Packers will need him to cover Owens.  In the last 15 years, besides the Elway touchdown in the Super Bowl, the Owens catch was the most painful play against the Packers.  I do not like seeing that play on NFL's Greatest Games. He cried like a baby after he made that catch, and I wanted to.

well winning the super bowl agaian yes again not like last year when the bears got spanked lol might make farve come back for a chance to repeat and speaking of whining when bretts gone just like the bears fan whinind when walter retired be a while since you had a running back like him hey as i was glad to see him retire just like barry sandersso the way brets playing i se maybe 2 more years before he hangs it up for sitting on his tractor and i think brett will get dans all time record against the bears i just think it be fitting to do it in your house just like him breaking the TD record in the dome of horrors for him so what da bears playing for now draft picks or the easy schedule for next year

Get your NFL network bitches. Order up Directv in a hurry. I'll have fun watching Dallas beat up on the cheeseheads.

Week 17 matchup could be interesting on NFL Network. Pats vs NYG. Possible history in the books?

I don't know which side is right, cable or the NFL. I just know it doesn't do either side any good not to show these games to the most amount of people possible. This game would most likey be one of the highly watched cable programs ever.  The New England game would be even higher if they are still undefeated at that point in the season.

I hope you are right Taylor. That would be sweet.
