I got a birdie on my drive!

Hole #15, Prospect Park, Moline. About 280 over some rolling hills, fairly low ceiling.

I get off one of my better drives, well below the branches, flipping up and hyzering in. At about 200 there's a snapping sound and the disc drops straight down.

"Wha?? There's no branches there!?"

I was playing the round with my son, who quietly responds: "You hit a bird, Dad."

Fortunately for the robin (more or less), it was a direct hit and he hopefully never knew what hit him. Unfortunately for me, it screwed up my drive but I still saved par. 

and yeah, I threw a Teebird.
