Dear IL TD's,

     Wow! What a season it was. 15 different IL TD's ran 28 sanctioned
events in 2008. 2007 had 13 Td's running 23 events. Thank you for
your hard work and dedication. Illinois has grown a lot with more, bigger,
and better events. Keep up the good work.

     This is just a reminder that the ratings update will be coming soon.
Make sure you are submitting your TD Reports if you have not done so. We
have many Illinois players contending and winning their division in
national points. Please get those results in ASAP!

     Also, scheduling has begun for 2009. I've been contacted about
several dates. Please start looking at the calendar for 2009. I will do
the best to accomodate all of your events. It is very important to get
your events up on the PDGA schedule as early as possible during the
season.

     I am considering hosting an Illinois TD meeting in Schaumburg, IL
sometime after Thanksgiving and before Christmas. It would take place on a Sunday. This is the only day I have off from coaching basketball. Main
topic would be schuduling but it would be nice to talk about how we can
help each other to promote IL events. If there is enough interest i'll
plan a date and meeting place. Please reply to this e-mail.  president@discontinuum.org


     There will be 2 A-Tiers in Illinois next year. These will be on the
schedule for sure as the PDGA released these dates.
