agreed - since it still says unofficial results and shows unofficial ratings, the TD report has not been received by the PDGA.  The cutoff was 3 days ago, so unless the PDGA is willing to bend the rules on the update, it will not be in.

Everytime I see him at leagues or a tournament I tell him he should sacrifice that time and get the stupid report done instead of playing.  This is re-freaking-crazy.

I think the TD report was turned in.  I just noticed it is now listed on my player stats.  Not sure if it was in time for the Oct 20 ratings update.
