I am thinking about coming to the glow round singles.  What do you guys use for glow materials and where can you buy them?  I've heard fishing bobber lights and tape work?

I think bass pro sells the bobber lights. Wal Mart used to. Cear duct tape works the best. It does not leave that sticky residue that regular duct tape does.

I will be coming out.....

So just to clarify, no flashlights at all? Even to light up discs? Or to find one if a light flies off?

Just want to make sure, not that I expect to have that happen but ya never know!

Flashlights CAN be used to write down the score and help navigate to the next tee.

Flashlights CANNOT be used to find discs or light up the basket for putting. There will be a penalty stroke added for each offense.

I am 90% sure I will be there for the Doubles.  I have my dad's B-day party that night so no glow for me.  If I were playing the glow round, would a camera flash be alright to use to charge up the discs if they were fading? So long as the flash was not used to see the hole?

A flashlight CAN be used for charging discs near the tee area.

I will bring a couple of discs and other items for CTPs for the first round.  Weather looks good.

Cool, was just curious. I'm probably not going to be able to make glow, but doubles for sure.

Total darkness is the best for glow! Leds, glow sticks, etc.. are allowed on discs during play. All baskets will have a minimum of two 22 inch glow neclaces outlining the basket. 10 of them will have 3.

Should be a fun day today. Got a few calls/e-mails in the past 24 hours. No rain!! The wind is going to drastically drop off tonight. Looks like 20+ mph wind for the doubles and about 10mph tonight for glow.

glow golf is done in total darkness. Otherwise it is low light golf...not as catchy of a name!  ;D Also even if the baskets weren't all glowy you'd be able to see them after about 30 min in the dark.
