funny thing is.....
i love this disc
but was not pplanning on winning, just bumping it up a bit for my friend.  
However, I will be happy to win it; it IS a 166 after all, just right for my noodle arm!

btw, i did not get an epidural yesterday
went the chiropractic route instead
and am SO happy
after a few more treatments and some good exercising
i'll be better than new

Jim, I can show you the 4 stretching exercises that I do every day (takes 7 minutes) for my 2 herniated discs.  I went the sport chiropratic route instead of the drugs....I'm glad too, I'm much more healthier because of it.
