Updated index2 with some minor things, added minutes from March meeting, renamed the Membership page so we can comment out blocks of code that we don't want to use but want to retain for future use (like the PDGA renewals).

Fixed the Spring Best Shot link on index2 that was pointing at the Winter 2004 league pages.

The link now points to the main League info page @ http://discontinuum.org/Leagues
