2004 PDGA World Championships

According to Chuck's figures my 60 round was a 976 rated round. My best shots consistently made for an entire round of 18 holes is a 976 rated round. I'm digging it. Not sure I believe it, but I like the sound of it!

Depending on how good your eyesight is they look quite a lot alike at about 50 feet or so. Although they have a bit different body sizes so if you see them move around at a distance you can tell them apart. But still at first glance walking down the tournament hallway I kept thinking that I saw Damon only to find out that it was "the other guy". It's funny, Bruce talks about Ron Put sometimes but never mentioned he looked like Damon. Maybe to Bruce all old guys look alike.

Brett, if that is the order you played your rounds, it looks like you seriously ran out of gas at the end!  I had my best rounds, 991 and 992, on the last two days of regular competition.  I think my nine rounds averaged out to 947, but the lowest round will be a "no" so I will get the ratings effect of having averaged 953 or so.

    That was not the order I played in but I did run out of gas. My are was very sore the last 2 days. Dan & I should have played for bag tags every practice round rather than throwing a bunch of drives. Going out to Ewing & blasting drives all night was a big mistake.
