2014 Ledgestone Insurance Open presented by ABC Discs

Ledgestone Insurance and ABC Discs are proud to present the 2014 Ledgestone Insurance Open! This will once again be a PDGA Super Tour event with a huge Pro purse ($12,000 added cash) and a giant Amateur player pack (including five discs, a hat and a dri-fit shirt) and another generous donation to St. Jude's Children's Hospital will be made after the tournament.

Here are some of the most important details about the event:

When: Friday - Sunday, September 12-14, 2014

- Men and Women's Open and Men's Masters will play FOUR rounds, Friday through Sunday.
- All other division will play THREE rounds, Saturday-Sunday.

Where: Peoria, Pekin, and Morton (Bradley Park, McNaughton Park, Northwood Park and Megiddo at Westwood, depending on your division)

Sanctioning: A PDGA Super Tour Event (You must be a PDGA member to play in this event)

Field Size: Limited to 288 players

We have had 4 people sign up in the last 24 hours so registration is starting to picking up. We do expect this one to fill up because of the monster player's pack and $12,000 of added cash!

Keep in mind that we only have 72 spots available between FPO and MPO and we do expect that portion to fill up. At this point in time we have 58 spots available between these two divisions.

As a reminder, if you recruit a hole sponsor for our tournament you will get a free entry into the event! So if your company or a company you know wants to be a sponsor let me know! The sponsor does need to be a new sponsor to our event. We have many different packages available.

Ledgestone Insurance has also committed to having at least a $20,000 purse this year if we get at least 72 pro players to sign up. Ledgestone Insurance will make up the difference if we get to at least that amount. This could mean another $1000 of added cash to the pro field as we really want to see a big purse this year!
