BC gets Promoted

Hey gang!!  I just wanted to let everyone know about the good fortune that just keeps rolling in on me.  I got a promotion this week to a Customer Retention Specialist.  They wanted to call us Account Service Specialists, but there was a problem with the acronym.  

With the new title, I started working in the Milwaukee office which is the corporate headquarters.  How does this impact DISContinuum?  Glad you asked.  It doesn't really.  I still plan on being at leagues and finishing the term on the BOD.  I just won't be able to check the site from work anymore except on lunch or a break.  They are very strict up here about what we do, and it's harder for me to sneak on during the day, so I'll be checking more often from home at night.

On the upside, if you've got cable, live in SE Wisconsin, and you don't like your monthly rate, I can help you out.

If you guys don't feel like waiting for me to get back to work you can call and tell them you wanna disconnect.  They'll send you over to my department.  Just let them know you want to disconnect cuz of cost.  If you already have digital cable, hold out until they offer the Digipic 2000 for 39.95 for 6 months.  It's probably the best deal you can get cuz it's a bad ass package.  If it's your roadrunner giving you problems, they'll offer a 34.95 deal for 12 months.  You can always try for both, too.  Just mention that you're having problems with reception and getting kicked off rr and tell them that you want both deals.  They'll give them to you and ask to send a tech out.  Let them put you into the deal and schedule a tech out, then either call back a few days later to cancel the tech, or just don't be home when he's scheduled to be there.
