Transformer in the ComEd lot door next door blew up this morning, just recently got power back up.

Everything's back up with the exception of a couple hard drives in the server... I knew they were failing and I guess today's blackout was too much for them.
The drives in question have nothing to do with the website, however I've lost ~17GB of live Marley and other live music.

Anybody got any storage lying around that they don't need anymore?

The drives that died were 9GB UW-SCSI2, so anything as large or larger... IDE or SCSI, no matter.

This is really thread drift, but alert levels are a load of BS if you ask me. They want to keep us in fear so that they can keep taking our liberties. And I thought this before I saw Fahrenheit 9/11, Bruce!

The latest alert came right on cue after the Dem convention, and it's already coming out that the 'intelligence' it was based on is several years old.
