from the tee pads playing the 8 holes shooting a 19/20 would be a very good score.
shoot 2's  on holes 1, 2, 4, 6, and 8.

shoot 3's on holes 3, 5, and 7.

4 on hole 5 isn't bad.

We played hole #1 from the walking path which is impossible to take a 2. Played the long tee on 5 & 7.

Maybe with some practice I can end up being that good. I've only had one shot at duece (and it was on this course) and I botched it putting. Lame.

I've been on Oak Brook, Naperville, Libertyville and this course makes me feel the best about myself. (at least until I read your scores)

Brett and Tom and VERY good.  Brett plays in the pro division.  I don't know which Tom is was, but they're both really good as well.  You're not the only one of us who can't keep up with them.

Stairs have been put in on the trail up the sled hill. Some kind of netting and hay has been put down on the other side. It looks like they are preparing to put wood chips in and make this part of the course more recognizeable as part of the course. But, it still looks like nothing is happening with #9.

Who knows?!?!?!? But at one time the park people were saying that they were in the process of getting the course certified.

So, there *are* only 8 holes, still to this day, correct?  My friend and I played Warren Course on Wednesday, and after a twenty minute search, decided there is no #9 , and since my Mobile doesn't pick up the maps on the discontinuum site... i couldn't really research it (though I tried).

I have to say.... I really really liked this course a lot.  The park is pristine, and after I got convinced that all teeboxes would look like #1, and then was pleasantly surprised to find cement the rest of the way.  I LOVE park courses like this one, and this one really did shine.

It' s NOT the easiest course I've seen, and I'd recommend a big map at the first tee box, or a better mapping of the next tee at the end of each hole.  But having gotten unhappy with Bevier, I'm THRILLED to have 8 great holes in Gurnee.  I really do love the course.

the extra holes across the street and extra woods holes have greatly improved bevier in my opinion , now its alot more balanced

There are now nine holes at Warren Township.  Off to the left (west) of the pin for #8 is a new concrete tee and a shot through trees to the ninth pin, which is just before a pond, don't overthrow it .

It is an okay hole except that the tee pad is about 6 foot long. And dzwiss is correct, don't overthrow the hole. I lost a nice beat up orc today.
