The Springfield Disc Golf Club is hosting the sixth annual Capital City Challenge on
Oct. 2nd in Springfield, IL. Sign ups begin at Douglas Park at 9 AM and tee-off is

Jon and I heard about that at Worlds-2 of "our" players were from Springfield. We won't be able to attend as we've already bought tickets to Jon's high school reunion.

Actually we (Springfield) had five at Worlds and it was incredibly awesome to see so many golfers there.

For our tournament- concrete tees will be installed at Lincoln Park by Oct. 2, and certain tee boxes have been elevated to level ground. Anyone is more than welcome to come and the tournament flyer is on the front page of www.discgolfclub.org.
