It's not hard to find: take a right out of Bevier Park. At the light at Lewis, take a right. Follow down to Pizza Hut at the corner of Sunset and Lewis. At the corner of Lewis, there is a Walgreens then the Pizza Hut.

I will not be in attendance (unless I get called off on Saturday night) on Sunday so I e-mailed my vote today. I hope to be able to attend more meetings next year. Are you going to be keeping them on the second Sunday after leagues?

We'll likely continue the 3rd Sunday after Best Shot @ Pizza Hut schedule until late Spring then look at meeting elsewhere for the warmer months.

Minutes for December 19 Club Meeting  
Present:  Brett, Mirth, Jon, Maddisen, David Barish, KVN, Adrian Sr, Adrian Jr., Dan, Damon

1)Club Elections held

Results:  13 total ballots

President:    Brett Comincioli   11

2) Finances:

New Gateway discs are now in the club stock and ready to be sold.  
Club is in good financial standing.

3) Basket parts are being immediately purchased to repair an old Bevier basket which had been ruined.  This will give the club a basket which can be used for temporary holes in tournaments.

4) 2005 Bag Tags have been ordered.  They should be in by the new year.

5) 2005 IOS dates have been finalized.  We have reserved use of the soccer/baseball fields at Bevier for the 2005 Bevier Blast in August.  We plan to again have the Widdershins, date not finalized at this time.  The following 2 IOS events will be club sponsored.

6) Discontinuum business cards are going to be made up for club members to carry around.  Will have information such as website address and possiblly tournament schedule.

7) PDGA renewals were sent in today.  12 people renewed through the club.

8 )  Lake County Golf Expo.  -  Club was invited to participate again at this event which we participated in last year for the first time.  It will be March 5th and the club does plan to participate again by having a booth set up.

An Innova T-Shirt was presented to Mirth by Brett on behalf of the Club as a gift for all of Mirth's hard work that he did in 2004 with the financials and website..etc.
