All of the advanced ams around here are raving about the Wildcat.  After losing both of my go-to drivers during the BBDGT I threw a couple of X-Wildcats in my Bag before heading out to the Dog Daze MDGO.

I was a little wild with the 'Cats but I also had the three longest throws of my life in one tournament.  #2 Gold, 385, fairly flat, I threw the 'Cat almost basket long but o.b. over the parallel road.  #4 Gold [I think], 375, somewhat down hill, I was basket long but two fairways over!  #1 White, 680?, up and down, I was a good 50 feet over the top of the hill and in the middle of the fairway.  Top of the hill seemed to be the Am II standard.  Red 6, 320 uphill, plays like 360, basket long.

So tonight I was wondering if those tee signs were fictional, or if it was me or the magic disc.  At the football field my cold-out-of-the-car throws were going 310.  Once I warmed up everything was going 330-350.  Then I started throwing my XL and Xtra for comparison.  On the same sets the Xtra and XL were going 320 and the Wildcats were going 360.

We will have Wildcats, X and Z, with the Illinois Open Stamp at the Illinois Open.

Wildcat is a great distance disc, with lots of speed and snap it wants to do wierd things and that is the reason it is out of my bag.  I may use it for a distance comp., but for now the DX Beast is the consistant distance disc for me.

Bruce, how do the X and Z wildcats compare on the stability?  flight?

I have a Blue Z that flips, I mean corkscrews and an orange that is straight to slightly stable but unconsistant.  Might consider trying the X..
Let us hope that the whores of evil no longer loiter on the doorsteps of your path beckoning you into the brothel of despair, and that here and after may present them with the most rigid manistfestation of a firm and manly will.

I think getting lessons from Shawn Sinclair is cheating as far as the BBDGT competition director is concerned. You will NOT be allowed to use any skills dirived from those lessons at any officially sanctioned BBDGT!
