the Oaks or Lemon Lake this weekend

hey all - I'm from Ann Arbor, MI and living/working in Chicago for the summer and am trying to hit the Oaks and Lemon Lake this weekend.  I don't know any fellow disc golfers in the area and would love for someone to show me around either course.  I have no preference about time or day to go as long as it's Sat Sun or Mon.  
Also, are there any leagues on the weekend at either of these courses?  If so any info would be awesome.  Thanks
