The OZDGC Wants You!

The OZaukee Disc Golf Club is fully operational and is looking for members to support the great sport that we have all come to love and hate, in the same round for some of us.

Membership is $20 for your first year, $15 each year thereafter.  We also have a Family Membership as well for anyone who lives in the same household no matter what age you are for $10.

So where is this site and the bashing that I am reading about?  site for sale when I clicked on link....

From my understanding, Mark had wanted to step down and give SADGE to someone for the past 6 months.  He's been talking about it since spring, and now you guys start a new site and club and bash him...   brilliant!

Your all idiots if that is the case..  good luck with ozdgc, it's got a good ring to it.

We didn't start the bashing - there has been a lot of animosity because of the way Mark does or goes about things.  You of all people should know that Shawn.  As soon as Yohann told Mark that the new club was going to be started - Mark was looking for anyone and everyone to be on his side.  He sent out letters to the SADGE Members making us look like the villians that overthrew the "SADGE Government".

I do not have any feelings either way towards Mark, I just think that if you are going to be talking about stepping down from the club, and when someone else steps up to work on the course, you have no basis on which to complain.

SADGE was Mark's idea.  We thought a fresh start with a fresh name would cause less problems.  We also felt that not just Saukville "Tendick" should be represented.  Lime Kiln though small is a decent course.  This also allows for the growth of the club to branch to other local areas within the OZaukee County area.

Ok, that is all I am going to say about that.

YOU KNOW THAT SOUNDS LIKE A REALLY COOL NAME FOR A TOURNAMENT.

But I am sure that there is some sort of copyright or trademark on the name.

Well maybe I heard the drunking ranting about his take on the issue...    I do know how Mark is...  can be...  witnessed it a few times..

They accually had a pool going for how long it would take Mark to knock my teeth in at the Roundhouse event...   I laughed when I heard it...  all over a stupid call at Northwoods.  Pretty screwed up, I still don't know what to think of that.

It doesnt surprise me about the Pool.  

Anyway, we will be running two events next year - the MAYHEM OPEN and the OZDGC TEAM Challenge.
