I'll be in Indy for business and was wondering if anyone as played any of the courses down there.  I found several courses near my office but if anyone could give any suggestions on the best course(s) it would be appreciated.

I played riverside ( I think that was the name) off of 30th and keystone I think, and it was decent, kind of short holes and in a not great neighborhood.  It was wet when I went to and the ground was about as bad as Lombard after a rain (super soggy).  That was the only one I played since I was on my way home from Bowling Green Ams.

Jon and I had fun at the Fly 9 about 15 or 20 miles south of Indy.  The course I played in the middle of town, Washington?, was in a scary neighborhood.

Josh -

I have played Northwestway Park DGC multiple times a few years back.  At the time, I was a newby to the sport so I found the course to be very fun except for the fact that a walking path came in to play on every hole.  If I played it now, it would probably be less fun since the majority of the holes are open or straight shots, but it is still worth playing.  In addition, the park was nicely kept.

Jesse - any updates on this thread? I'm passing back through Indy on Monday. Any recommendations on a course that I should play between Oxford, Ohio and Chicago?

Anyone else is welcome to give advice as well.  :-*
