Renew of PDGA Membership through Store

Maybe someone can help me. 

When I renew my  PDGA membership through the discontinuum store, where do I enter my PDGA number?  Or will the PDGA automatically connect my money with my number?  Thanks for your time.

put your PDGA number, address (if different than your address in the store), DOB, and PDGA email newsletter preferences in the comments box.
