If you wish to mail or pay your membership in person via check, money order, or cash you may mail your payment along with a printed copy of the attached form to the following address. Please have checks made payable to Discontinuum.

If you choose to pay in person, it would be extremely helpful if you print and fill out the attached form ahead of time. Failure to do so could delay the processing of your membership.

All 2008 PDGA memberships collected to date have been submitted. Sorry for the delay. If you're playing something sanctioned in the near future, let the TD know your renewal has been sent in and you should be fine. It should take a week or so for pdga.com to show your 2008 status.

Jason Rose - you're not eligible for a pdga junior membership this year, even though you can play in the 19 and under division. The club covered the difference in cost for you. Please give a $20 to an officer the next time you're around.
