I exchanged emails with the PDGA Memberships Manager about my renewal status.  She said that my membership was "processed on January 23rd which means they were shipped the following Friday, February 1st. The magazine will be included in the renewal package and is sent under a postal rate that falls in the 10-20 day time period for receipt. If you fail to receive them by the first week of March please let me know and we will consider them lost and start a reship process. "

That seems like a long time, but I'll give them another week.  If you renewed sometime in late January, hopefully yours will arrive soon.

Renewed in November but received everything a week ago, PDGA had to remail the renewal package.

Still haven't received the mag, so I inquired.  Here is the response:

"Kurt,
Looks like you signed up for or renewed your membership after the 11th of January, which means we didn't get your name in the mailing list from the PDGA. Instead, they will send you a copy directly, along with or near to your member package. You can check details with HQ and Addie Isbell. Thanks for checking in and let me know if there's anything more I can do to help.

Email the office and see when your renewal went in. If it was after something like Jan.11th you'll get it with your renewal package. If you renewed before then, it's lost and they'll send you a new one.

Got mine...took forever and a day but was well worth the wait. The new magazine is great, and comes out 6 times a year!!

I've received 2 and the 3rd is around 6 weeks late going to the printer. The fourth,  FDM asked to delay until after worlds. There is a lot of noise on the pdga boards about this.

Becky and I did not sign up for the mag...I think Maddisen has only gotten one.

I've received two.  I thought, when I saw the first one, "Wow, he's used up a year of content in one magazine."  I guess I was right.  At the rate he is going we should see see the end of the first year's subscription sometime in June of '09.

It's a bad magazine. Both issues that I received hit the recycling. There is nothing in there that you can't find on the internet.  How about the dog guy in the last issue, that was amusing. Jason
